Returns Policy:
There are NO returns or refunds for In-Ear Headphones. All other products have a 15 day refund or exchange policy from the date you receive the product. Customers will be responsible for return shipping charges and the items have to be in the original state, in an unopened product box, in which they were received or there will be a restocking fee of 15%. All open-box, demo units or discontinued products are final sale and are not eligible for returns.
Shipping/Delivery Policy:
Upon receipt of your order, the products will ship 1-3 days from our shop (West Vancouver, BC) via Canada Post or directly from our suppliers if in stock. Please allow for 2-5 business days for shipping depending on where you live in Canada. We are offering free ground shipping on orders over $500 before tax.
